Abstract The tectonic shifts from traditional face-to-face classes to online, and recently, hybrid classes (i.e., mixed online and face-to-face classes) make continuous support for teachers' professional development imperative. Applying the lens of theory of planned behavior (TPB), this study investigated the role of professional learning activities, specifically on technology-supported teaching, in enhancing the integration of information and communications technology (ICT) to teachers' pedagogical practices. Utilizing 420 teacher-respondents, the study administered scales measuring attitudes towards ICT, subjective norm, intention to use ICT, ICT use, and number of hours of technology-supported teaching activities. The results suggested that teachers who frequently involve themselves in professional development activities were likely to enhance their beliefs on one's capability to implement ICT integration, tend to perceive that others are supportive of their endeavors to use technology in teaching, and possessed a favorable attitude towards ICT use. These increased teachers' intention to use ICT and, eventually, the actual integration of ICT in their pedagogy.
